Terms and Conditions

  1. Dynamic Performers Australia (DPA) run classes in every week of the 4 Victorian school terms per year. Dates and times are published on our website and in our class Facebook groups.
  2. To minimise disruption within our classes, it is important that all students arrive on time.
  3. Students (who are old enough to use Facebook) and parents will be invited to our Facebook groups where important news and updates regarding classes will be posted.
  4. Invoices will be emailed at the beginning of each term and payment is requested by the due date listed on the invoice. If personal circumstances make this difficult, please contact us.
  5. Invoices must be fully paid for by the end of term or students will not be permitted in class for the next term (unless a personal arrangement has been communicated with us)
  6. Students will be automatically re-enrolled into their class(es) at the start of each term. Students wishing to discontinue classes need to inform us in writing prior to the first class of the next term.
  7. We request notice of any absences from classes by sending a message via the Dynamic Performers Facebook page or by emailing us at [email protected]. There are no refunds on classes missed.
  8. Parents/carers should understand that signing the enrolment form means they are committed to the payment of selected classes for the full term.
  9. Dynamic Performers Australia does not give your personal information to any third parties.
  10. Whilst all reasonable care is taken, Dynamic Performers Australia accepts no responsibility for injury or loss caused during classes or whilst participants are at or near the rehearsal space.
  11. DPA is committed to making our classes safe and enjoyable for all involved. We expect that all students conduct themselves in a respectful and tolerant fashion. If any student chooses to behave contrary to this and exhibits behaviour that could be considered seriously disrespectful or even abusive, then DPA reserves the right to terminate the enrolment of that student (or their parent/guardian) without notice.
  12. In the event of a medical emergency, and a parent or guardian cannot be contacted, DPA staff will act on their behalf, and seek medical assistance (including calling an ambulance if necessary). DPA accepts no responsibility to cover any possible costs incurred, medical or otherwise.
  13. Photo or video footage taken during DPA events remain the property of DPA and may be used for promotional purposes.
  14. Any student or parent has the right to not have their image(s) used for promotional purposes. Please give us notice in writing if this is your wish.
  15. Please provide relevant information to Dynamic Performers Australia about health issues or other conditions that may be important for us to know regarding your child.

Please feel free to chat to us about any questions you may have.
